Member Registration Information

As you know we are having you register for the upcoming NYSLGITDA Spring Conference in Saratoga Springs being held May 11 - May 14, via an online registration form.

While it should not take you very long to register, it will be
important that you do so by Friday, April 9, 2010. Our numbers will be due to the hotel the following day - so - please - please please make a note of this date. (We will also be turning off the capability to register
online after this date - you will not be able to register after this
date).

Once registrations begins flowing in, as we have in the past, we will
send you an updated list as to who has registered. You will also
receive an email confirmation after you submit your registration.

Before you click on the following link to register please note the
following IMPORTANT information:

1) KNOW YOUR 3 ROUND TABLE TOPICS (you will need to enter this as part of registration)

2) New for Spring 2010: We are providing you with the opportunity to list your "Wanted" items. What do you need assistance with from other members or vendors? (You can enter this optional item as part of registration)

3) WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION note that there will be 4 lines that print on the invoice.

4) IF YOU WANT YOUR COUNTY TO APPEAR ON THE INVOICE, YOU MUST ENTER IT IN THE TEXT BOX LABELED 'MAILING ADDRESS'.

Now, to register, click on the following link:

You will be brought to an information page, of which you can click on register (in the upper right). You will then be prompted to put in your email address, followed by name, address and other information. There will be a questionnaire as part of the registration. BE SURE TO INPUT YOUR 3 ROUNDTABLE TOPICS and your optional "Wanted" items. These topics will be sent to you in advance of the conference, as well as be a part of the welcome packet you receive at registration when you arrive.

Print your invoice once you have registered.
