The NYSLGITDA will hold our
Annual Fall Conference Vendor
Social in Watkins Glen, NY, at
the Harbor Hotel and Conference
Center, October 8, 2009. We are
expecting more than 60 county,
state agency and other local
government CIOs, IT Directors
and Senior Staff to attend.
This is a great opportunity for
Vendors to get to know local
government IT decision makers
from around the state.
Your organization has pre-paid
for this event by registering
for the Spring and Fall option
during our Spring conference
registration process. Thank you
for your early commitment, we
look forward to your attendance
again. Although you are pre-paid
you must still register online
to confirm you attendance and
select your dinner choice. You
will also have the opportunity
to upgrade to our lunch or
dinner sponsorships at
discounted price. During
registration you can select one
of the following event options.
Event Options
1. Vendor Social Pre-paid
One attendee per vendor. Vendor
registration is from 4:00 – 4:30
pm followed from 4:30 pm - 10 pm
by a social, dinner and teamwork
- collaboration building event.
We’re hoping for the weather to
cooperate as most of our events
will be outdoors this year. The
hospitality suite will be open
to all vendors after the event.
Bottom line: Vendors get to
spend over 5 quality hours with
Local Government IT decision
makers.
2. Vendor Sponsorship Upgrade
Opportunities:
Social and Dinner on Wednesday,
October 7th $4,400.00
Lunch on Thursday, October 8th $2,400.00
Includes all events in the
previous option plus the
following extra benefits:-
Exclusive access to attendees
during your sponsorship event -
no other vendors are allowed at
the sponsored events.- Two
tables at the sponsorship event
for hand-outs, information
display, etc. - Up to three
representatives at both the
sponsorship event and vendor
social event on Thursday night-
For dinner sponsorships, the
pre-dinner social and
hospitality suite are included
for your representatives.

Payment Options (Only applies
if you upgrade to a lunch or

1. Check - print your invoice
during the online registration
process and mail check to the
address on the invoice.
2. Credit Card – make payment at
time of registration through our
online registration process.
Payment is due no later then
September 11, 2009. If we do
not receive your payment by
September 11, we will be moving
to vendors on the waiting
list!!! No cancellation refunds
after September 11.
