It is anticipated
the number of
vendors wishing to
participate in this
event will exceed
our vendor limit.
The NYSLGITDA will
hold our Annual Fall
Conference Vendor
Social in Corning,
NY, at the Radisson
Hotel Corning,
Thursday, October
11, 2007. We are
expecting more than
70 county, state
agency and other
local government
CIOs, IT Directors
and Senior Staff to
attend.
This is a
great opportunity
for Vendors to get
to know the local
government IT
decision makers from
around the state.
The agenda for
the Vendor Social is
as follows: Vendor
registration is from
3:00 – 3:30 pm
followed by a
teamwork -
collaboration
building event /
Social / Dinner from
3:30 pm - 8 pm.
The hospitality
suite will be open
to all vendors after
the event, also.
Bottom line:
Vendors get to spend
over 6 quality hours
with Local
Government IT
decision makers.
The rules are
simple:

One
attendee allowed per
vendor
·
Cost
is $700.00 payable
in advance (checks
to no later than
Sept 12, 2007)
If
we do not receive
your payment by the
12th, we will be
moving to vendors on
the waiting list!!!
·
Only
65 vendors will be
authorized to attend
on a first come
first served basis
·
No
vendor booths or
sponsorship
opportunities. Just
time 4 plus hours to
get to know the CIOs
and their needs “one
on one”
In order for
you to attend the
Vendor Social, you
must register with
Dale Nieswiadomy as
soon as possible at
(585) 243-7113, or
e-mail him at
dnieswiadomy@co.livingston.ny.us.
Space is limited to
the first 65 vendors
responding. Dale
will send you an
invoice once you are
registered. Dale
will also maintain a
waiting list, just
in case a vendor
does not pay or has
to drop out.
All hotel
reservations need to
be made by the
vendors directly
